DIFFUSIX TECHNOLOGY: The scientifically designed perforations and crumple zones prevent the forces of teeth grinding and jaw clenching to relieve pain and reduce the likelihood of dental injury. The perforations oscillate on impact and carry those forces towards the crumple zones and away from your teeth.

The SOVA Night Guards are scientifically designed to fit cross the front 6-6 teeth when used on the upper jaw. This means that subsequent molars behind are not directly covered but importantly, receive indirection protection as well. The concept is that the 1.6mm-2.4mm (thickness depending on the selected SOVA Night Guard model) barrier that is between your front 6-6 teeth will also prevent the back molars from being able to come together or grinding. This enables the guard to be less intrusive in the mouth and more comfortable during sleep.

CUSTOM FIT: Simply place the SOVA Aero Night Guard in a bowl of hot water to start the custom-fit process at home. The SOVA guard will become pliable, so that you can easily mould your night guard to the exact custom fit for your teeth. The guard can be worn on the top or bottom teeth or both (second guard required) to allow for individual preferences.

REMOULDABLE: Didn’t get the fit right the first time? Simply place the SOVA 3D back into hot water; it will return to its original preformed shape. The SOVA guards are remouldable up to 20 times to ensure an exact custom fit can be achieved.

DENTAL WARRANTY: Your teeth deserve an insurance policy as well, so each SOVA Night Guard comes with a 120 day durability warranty.

TALK, BREATHE & DRINK: The 1.6mm thickness and custom fit combine to ensure that you can talk, breathe and drink with ease, which will ensure a better night’s sleep.

FITTING

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wash your hands and the material with mild soap and water.

2. Heat water in a small glass bowl (hot to the touch but not boiling). Immerse the night guard in hot, but not boiling water until the material becomes soft and pliable. Then lift up the material with a fork or your fingers.

3. Hold the soft material as shown in the picture. DO NOT LET IT FOLD!

4. Bite down gently on the solid front bar then press the tongue against the material to hold it in place.

5. Use a mirror. Mold it against the front of the teeth with your fingertips and up on the sides to the gum line to create the shield. Make sure most of the material is on the outside of the teeth. The material will not extend to the gum line.

6. Close the lips over the night guard and gently create suction until the material has hardened. This will ensure a snug fit within a minute or so. If you are not satisfied with the result just slip the night guard back in the water, let it soften and straighten out and then start over.

Did you mess up? Unhappy with your fit? Every SOVA guard is remoldable up to 20 times. Simply place your formed SOVA back in the hot water, let it soften and straighten out, and there you go!

FITTING WITH CHILDREN:

If your child has braces, use an adult sized guard and have their night guard fitted by their orthodontist
Watch the fitting video with your child
Allow ample time for fitting (we recommend two days before needed if possible)
Identify the bite pad on the guard, and practice aligning it with the teeth before softening the guard for the first time
The guard is formed by using gentle vacuum pressure (suction). Re-familiarize your child with the concept of suction; grab a straw and practice

Amazing night guard for the price.

I have used this for 1 week and it's the first time I have been able to chew on my RHS. This product works!

It's think and as comfortable as any night guard. I have previously had a dentist made one and I would say this is thinker and more comfortable

Around moulding: yes it's difficult and not straight forward BUT you are paying 10% of a dentist moulded one, so please remember this. My advice is get the front teeth sorted first, then just dip one side in the hot water and do that side and then do the other side. I do this same technique for my martial arts gum shields and withing a few attempts I was sorted!

IMO if you have grinding issues or gum issues this is well worth it

My only negative is that it does not come with a case.

Great Product

I used to have a night mouth guard from my dentist which was extremely expensive and very uncomfortable. This mouth guard is thin and fits very well. You need to use quite hot water for this to work. It didn’t work for me the first couple of times as it would mold to my teeth. I had to use hotter water and let it sit longer in it. You can remold it many times until you get it right. I have purchased this product a few times and now after learning what to do, I have no problems and it is very quick.

Very comfortable

I replaced my very expensive, dentist-made splint with this and I am absolutely wrapped, it's more comfortable than the expensive splint and easy to shape. I always wondered why the dentist-made one cost so much money.... there is no reason why it should, it's a complete rip off. Get this one instead, you won't regret it.

You’ll need patience to get it right

You’ll probably say some swear words trying to get it perfect. Lucky you get 20 tries. I got it right around the 8th attempt. I feel it’s gotten a little harder over time (6 months or more) and is now uncomfortable but my $600 one through my dentist got looser over time and I ground through it here n there so they all need replacing. I’ll stick to these as it’s cost effective and worked just as well

I was recommended to buy this from ENT. Great purchase! Easy to mould and re mould into your mouth and fits comfortably.
Would definitely recommend!!
