Watch the SOVA Max fitting video below!

DIFFUSIX TECHNOLOGY: The scientifically designed perforations and crumple zones prevent the forces of teeth grinding and jaw clenching to relieve pain and reduce the likelihood of dental injury. The perforations oscillate on impact and carry those forces towards the crumple zones and away from your teeth.

CUSTOM FIT: Simply place the SOVA Max Night Guard in a bowl of hot water to start the custom-fit process at home. The SOVA guard will become pliable, so that you can easily mould your night guard to the exact custom fit for your teeth. The guard can be worn on the top or bottom teeth or both to allow for individual preferences.

REMOULDABLE: Didn’t get the fit right the first time? Simply place the SOVA Max back into hot water; it will return to its flat form. The SOVA guards are remouldable up to 20 times, so they are also ideal for anyone progressing through their aligner treatments.

DENTAL WARRANTY: Your teeth deserve an insurance policy as well, so each SOVA Night Guard comes with a 120 day durability warranty.

TALK, BREATHE & DRINK: The 2.4mm thickness and custom fit combine to ensure that you can talk, breathe and drink with ease, which will ensure a better night’s sleep.

*The SOVA Max Night Guard is an adult sized guard for ages 11+ and can also be used with braces. You will need to ask your orthodontist to fit your night guard for you if you are undergoing orthodontic treatment.

It hurts my teeth!

I’ve tried fitting and re fitting this mouth guard (as per the video tutorial) onto my front teeth several times but each time it makes my front teeth ache so much I need to take it out. This guard is replacing a dentist made splint that worked really well but needed replacing. Not sure if there’s anything I can do to help with the pain, but it honestly feels as though my teeth are getting bruised from the pressure. It hurts!

Hi Stacey,

It sounds like you are creating too much suction when fitting or possibly trying to stretch the guard towards your back molars which can then create tension at the front. We would suggest fitting it again with very light suction. You may also benefit from doing the moulding process at night, as our bodies and mouth can change a lot throughout the day. If you are having any further fitting issues then we can always arrange for our dentist to provide some assistance over the phone. We have lots of happy SOVA customers, so hopefully we can get this sorted for you to start using the guard again.

Thanks,
Team APAC.

Better than the dentist bought one.

Hi this is good. I am concerned that it won't last very long. But so far it is comfortable but a little bit big for my mouth. However it does not fall out and it's great I can use it on the bottom teeth it is much more comfortable than the one from the dentist. So much cheaper than $700 for the dentist supplied one. I also like that it is white so you can see it if you drop it. My dentist ones are clear and easily get lost. Even if this lasts a year it is still cheaper than buying from dentist. It is light and so far I am not getting headaches from it.

Hi Jo. Thanks for the honest and positive feedback. If you are finding the SOVA Max a little too big then we would definitely suggest trying the new SOVA 3D next time, as it can adapt to a slightly smaller dental arch. Thanks again, Team APAC.

Just as good as from the Dentist

I've paid nearly $300 for the night guard I got from my dentist a couple years ago. Unfortunately, I got a new dog who found it and chewed it up last fall. I did not want to spend another $300 on a possible dog chew toy so I was happy to get this. It is very easy to use. Microwave or boil some water, dip it in until its soft being careful cause its HOT. Then pull it out, shake the water off and put in your mouth, forming over your teeth with your fingers. Hold it in there a good 5 minutes to let it completely cool and form. The first time I didn't and found out at night it had tightened up while continuing to cool. Its easy to remold it though so not a huge deal. It is just as thin and comfortable as the expensive one. I'll be ordering another to keep in my overnight bag for travel and always have one with me.
